If you are wanting your pump rebuilt I offer a rebuild and calibration service on pumps including conversion and special detailing. I also offer an injector cleaning and testing service.

Clean and calibrate a working road pump to the original specification but not dismantling or detailing the pump. from £600.00 + parts and return P&P
As above but fully striped down and detailed with all external parts re-plated and the castings bead blasted clean or left with the original black finish. From £1400.00 + parts and return P&P
As above but with the castings and cover plates powder coated black From £1600.00 + Parts and return P&P
For pumps in non working order or for conversions to a different specification POA
Please note that some parts for pumps are not available and those that are can be very expensive if replacements are required. wherever possible parts are reused after careful cleaning but on occasions new parts must be made or obtained. this will add significant to the cost of the rebuild. I will advise on the condition of the pump before undertaking extensive works.
Deep clean injectors and test for pop, spray pattern and holding pressure £25.00 each + return P&P. For re-plaiting to original spec add £40.00 per set.
I will advise on the condition of injectors and where possible put into working order. However if the injectors are worn or otherwise damaged they must be replaced. Charges for cleaning and testing apply to all injectors weather they pass or fail on testing.
